RX A.M. Oats can be prepared in a variety of ways.
We recommend adding boiling hot water to the top fill line (1/2 cup). Then stir and let stand for 2 minutes covered with the lid.
For warm oats by microwaving, add room temperature water to top fill line (1/2 cup). With the lid removed, cook on high for 1 min. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes uncovered.
Note: Cook times may vary depending on wattage of the microwave.
For overnight oats, add water to bottom fill line (1/3 cup). Stir and cover with the lid, then place in the refrigerator overnight. For best product experience, we recommend you do not keep the oat cup in the fridge for more than 48 hours.
We recommend emptying packet into a bowl and adding 1/2 cup of boiling how water. Stir well, cover, and let stand for 2 minutes. Then enjoy!
For warm oats by microwaving empty packet into a microwave-safe bowl, add cold water to top fill line on packet (1/2 cup), pour into bowl, and stir well. Cook on high for 1 minute, uncovered, then stir and let stand for 2 minutes.

For overnight oats pour packet into a jar or bowl. Add cold water to bottom fill line on packet (1/3 cup) and then pour into jar or bowl. Stir, cover, and let stand in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
