The ingredients we use in our products are inherently gluten-free. However, they are made in a facility that also produces wheat containing products. In order to label a product as "gluten-free," the FDA requires that no more than 20 parts per million of gluten is present.
We take quality control very seriously and strive to remove allergens from the line to avoid cross contamination. We clean our equipment using validated sanitation methods between productions runs. If an allergen is present, it will be listed as part of the 'contains' statement on the food label.
